Collaborations
the events and wedding industry is both service and product driven – and so relationships are quite important to get the best out of your vendors/service providers.
and we build up professional friendships and more, as we work with one another – this often results in wonderful results, as each vendor has full trust in the other’s capabilities to contribute to the overall team effort required to deliver a beautiful wedding or event.
Styled shoot, collaboration, inspiration shoot – whatever you want to call them – they are important to do as well, to try out new ideas for future clients to see new ideas and concepts – and a great way to get creative with fellow suppliers in the quieter seasons.
Lindsay and I have known each other for many years and it is always a great joy to walk into a bridal suite to deliver bouquets and see her smiling face, knowing she will do a wonderful job with hair and makeup for the lovely people in the room. And it’s a privilege and happiness that is not lost on me.
AND even better when a small collaboration like this one, leads to one of us booking work – what a gift.
