European floral design with a sustainability angle

I love that European floral design (a specific set of elements and principles and design schema) can be made sustainable fairly easily as it relies quite a lot on structures, which are frequently reusable, either in part or in the components

I saw this brass tray for sale online and I knew I wanted it as a great base for my European florals that I am exploring more and more

This design is made with a bamboo structure, held together with paper covered wire (fairly compostable) and the flowers are placed with their stems directly into water on the tray.

An overal fairly sustainable design.
