I met the lovely Sarah from Mint Tea Photography at a wedding she shot, where I did the flowers and decor. In our chat at the wedding, we were talking about flowers, shoots and so on and she mentioned she was doing a small editorial soon and would I like to make some bouquets – well…

Bouquets are one of my favourite things to make and when I heard the dresses were from the incredible Alena Leena, I did not hesitate to say YES. Her dresses are truly incredible, romantic, perfectly stitched and just beautiful.

There were 2 different looks and locations – one inner city, hipster vibe and another more wind-swept, sand dune, sunset drama.

Here’s some images from the morning’s shoot – just beautiful. I made a loose, flowy, cascade style bouquet to go with the floaty, sequinned fabric (sigh…) and a shoulder floral tattoo (all real flowers), that can be a really rad accessory for your couple shoot, or perhaps your first dance.
