Vogue inspired surprise elopement – Part 1…

This is an image heavy post – but when you see them – you’ll understand why.

It remains one of the creating groups favourite shoots ever – months of planning, sourcing and sharing ideas, culminated in a shoot that took about 3 hours to setup, move around and shoot.

The models are good friends and fellow acting students – who had a wonderful on screen chemistry.

For the sake of brevity – I will break the post in to several smaller posts.

The inspiration of the shoot was the glamour of the Vogue in the 1960’s – think big hair, big sunglasses, Sophia Loren sex appeal and allure. We started the shoot showing our glamour bride-to-be relaxing as she gets ready for an unsuspecting day out in the beautiful city of Cape Town – not knowing that her romantic partner, plans to wed her, that very afternoon.
